To our customers,
We’re excited to announce the new ways you’ll be able to shop with us over the next few months. We feel that these new initiatives will allow us to effectively serve our clients while still doing our part to help protect public health. We will not be immediately opening the store in the traditional sense and our space will remain closed to in-store shopping. Instead, we will be offering daily curbside pickup, a walk-up shopping service, and free virtual fittings and browsing sessions with our fitters (coming soon!)
Starting Monday, June 15th, we will be in the store 6-days per week. Each day from 2p-5p, we will be setting up a "Bra Bar" in the doorway of the store so that you can stop by for your tried-and-true favorites with safe pickup. This table will also be where you pick up any orders you placed using the curbside pickup option. We’re offering contactless payment in the form of Venmo, Paypal and direct invoicing as well as gloved credit card processing if you prefer (please, no cash). Masks and six feet of social distancing are required of both Forty Winks employees and customers while interacting at the Bra Bar.
We have met all the state guidelines for reopening and continue to go above and beyond in terms of cleaning and disinfecting our space. Other steps we have taken include:
Limiting the number of staff coming into the store and working solo shifts.
Implementing back-up staffing plans in case one of us gets sick.
Following strict handwashing guidelines.
Disinfecting after every transaction as we pack and/or ship your orders.
Purchasing plenty of PPE to keep ourselves and our staff comfortable and safe.
Disinfecting any returns using UV processing and steam.
