Cups: Runs slightly small, we recommend sizing up one cup size. Medium height center gore for a slight plunge while still offering coverage and support. This is a 3-part sewn cup with floral lace fabric overlay for smooth look. Double-lined fabric, no foam. It gives a great natural shape without being pointy
Band: Runs true to size. Good stretch and support. Two or three hook back closure depending on size
Straps: Thicker straps are supportive and comfortable. Adjustable all the way up
