Forty Winks: Sales Associate Position
We’re looking for a friendly and people-orientated individual to help drive daily sales at our growing brick-and-mortar boutique. This job requires in-person selling and a strong retail background.
Friday and Saturday availability is a must, plus 1-2 other shifts per week.
We’re looking for someone:
That loves being with people, is super friendly, and that’s also discreet, mature and sensitive to people’s stories.
Who enjoys sales and the retail life.
Who can sell and style lingerie to a wide range of people.
Who can be flexible and calm through busy times.
Who can stay busy and productive during the slow times.
Who’s committed to working with us for at least 6-months.
Who is familiar with Forty Winks and wants to help grow our company.
We’ll want you to:
Become an expert at bra fittings (don’t worry, we will train you).
Learn and maintain knowledge on brands, designers, styles and fits.
Work together with our team to provide the best client experience.
Gather emails and offer to set up client profiles.
Work to meet collective sales goals.
Process new shipment and display it on the floor.
Share feedback and ideas with the management team.
Be a self-starter and independent problem solver.
